Contract Manager (Gas)

Current vacancy for a Contract Manager (Gas) for a regional housing provider.

 

The role is permanent salary circa £50k, based in Birmingham and with remote working available.

 

The duties will include,

- Overseeing gas safety, repairs and installs

- Ensuring all relevant H&S and building regs

- Accurate data capture and reporting

- Delivery of contracts

- Leading a team of technical staff

- Working as part of the wider senior team for asset management

- Ideally you will have a HNC and experience of working for a housing provider or council.
