Building Surveyor

Current vacancy for a Building Surveyor for a leading housing provider.

This role is working within asset management team and will be responsible for delivery of planned works.

Duties will include,

  • Building condition surveys.
  • Specification of works.
  • Managing contractors ensuring quality and value for money.
  • Use of asset software.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders.
