Data Analyst

Current vacancy for a Data Analyst for a building consultancy working on a contract basis for three months.

This role is working fully remote. 

• Supporting the effective delivery of the data collation programme through stock condition surveys and updating completed investment programmes.

• Updating and managing our asset management system.

• Implementing robust data collection and validation techniques and proactive measures to identify and rectify data inconsistencies.

As a Data Analyst, we need you to have:

• An  excellent understanding of housing data collected as part of a condition survey is essential

• The ability to make timely, accurate decisions based on all supporting information when under pressure.

• Experience of Asset Management data bases

• Ability to prioritise and manage workload so that work is delivered on time to a high standard.
