Cluster Contract Manager

Moore Green are currently working in partnership with a Care Provider to recruit for a Cluster Contract Manager for a 6 month project.

This role will cover locations from Coventry to Nottingham and will require 2 days in Coventry, 2 days in Nottingham and 1 in the Coventry Head Office.

The duties will include:

• To directly manage the FM contract for repairs and maintenance through work instructions and variations where necessary.
• To manage the execution of the cyclical, planned, preventative, and repair works within a number of locations, in accordance with the instructions of the Head Office Asset Management Team.
• Manage the delivery, cost and quality of the service, including authorising payments and approving claims for additional works as necessary at intervals as stated by the contract.
• To work in partnership with Location Managers to deliver a maintenance, handyman and FM service is delivered which is responsive to the requirements of the location and provides value for money.
• Supervise maintenance and housekeeping operatives working at the various locations.
• To manage your time effectively between Locations to support them as equally as possible.

You will have an excellent track record of working within large organisations in a similar role.

£28-£30ph via umbrella.
