Strategic Asset and Estates Manager

Strategic Asset and Estates Manager for a large public sector organisation.

The role is permanent, salary circa £66-£73k, based in Warwick with hybrid working available.

The duties will include,

•             Relationship development and management with key stakeholders and partners across a varied estate.

•             Advise on all building related matters including compliance, maintenance and property.

•             Development of long term estate strategy.

•             Be able to scrutinise and share data with associated partners.

•             Develop business cases for capital projects.

•             Identify grant funding opportunities.

You will have an excellent track record of working within large organisations and have a detailed understanding of working within the public sector, ideally qualified to MRCIS or MCIOB.
